⚖️ By booking a travel package, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions set forth by AVPMS NXT LEVEL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (operating as AVPMS Tours).

1️⃣ Booking Terms & Package Pricing:

A minimum advance payment of 30% to 50% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be cleared at least 15 days prior to the departure date. Package pricing is subject to availability and may change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.

2️⃣ Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are processed based on the timeframe of cancellation prior to departure. AVPMS NXT LEVEL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to deduct convenience fees, gateway charges, and non-refundable vendor advances. Please refer to our detailed Cancellation and Refund Policy pages for specific percentage deductions.

3️⃣ Travel Responsibilities & User Obligations:

It is the traveler's sole responsibility to carry valid government-issued identification required for hotel check-ins and flights. Travelers are expected to adhere to the schedules provided by the tour managers and respect local customs and laws. Any damages caused to hotel properties or transport vehicles will be the sole liability of the user.

4️⃣ Hotel and Transport Terms:

AVPMS NXT LEVEL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED acts purely as an agent for airlines, hotels, and transport operators. Check-in and check-out timings are strictly governed by hotel policies. AC in vehicles may be turned off in hilly terrains for safety reasons.

5️⃣ Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure:

We are not liable for any loss, injury, delay, or damage caused by the negligence of third-party providers. In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, government lockdowns, political unrest, etc.), we will attempt to provide alternative arrangements or credit notes, but cash refunds are not guaranteed. We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

6️⃣ Governing Law:

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kodad, Nalgonda District, Telangana.
