💳 Transparent Refunds
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Our refund policy is designed to be as transparent and fair as possible, keeping in mind the non-refundable advances we must pay to airlines and hotels to secure your reservations.
⏳ Refund Processing:
- ✔Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
- ✔The refund amount will be credited back to the original source of payment (Bank Transfer, UPI, or Credit Card).
- ✔Convenience fees, payment gateway charges, and flight cancellation penalties levied by airlines are strictly non-refundable.
⚠️ Failed Transactions:
If your payment is debited from your account but fails to register on our system, the payment gateway will automatically initiate a refund within 3-5 business days.
🚫 Unused Services:
No refunds will be provided for any unutilized services, including missed meals, unused hotel nights, or skipped sightseeing tours, regardless of the reason (e.g., flight delays, personal reasons, or weather conditions).
