🛑 To cancel a confirmed booking, you must submit a written cancellation request via email to avpmstoursandtravels@gmail.com from your registered email address. Verbal cancellations over the phone will not be accepted.

• 🔸 Peak Season & Holidays: Bookings made for peak travel periods (e.g., Diwali, New Year, Christmas, Long Weekends) are strictly 100% non-refundable once confirmed.
• 🔸 Flight Tickets: Cancellation of flight tickets is subject to the respective airline's policy, and their specific cancellation fees will apply in addition to our service charges.
• 🔸 Force Majeure: In the event of cancellations due to natural disasters, government lockdowns, or political unrest, we will attempt to postpone your trip or provide credit notes, subject to our vendors' cooperation. Cash refunds are not guaranteed in force majeure situations.
